Como me commissionar ?

Você pode me enviar uma mensagem pelo Twitter ou Bluesky. Se preferir, também pode iniciar o contato por e-mail.Assim que iniciarmos a conversa, vamos alinhar os detalhes da peça: número de personagens, composição, paleta de cores, nível de detalhes, acabamento e tempo de entrega.O preço pode variar de acordo com a complexidade do cenário, detalhes e quantidade de personagens, armas, acessórios, etc... A tabela serve para ter uma ideia do valor médio.*Com base nessas informações e na tabela de preços, farei a precificação da arte.O pagamento pode ser feito 100% ao começar a fase de sketch ou dividido 50/50 — metade na fase de sketch, metade assim que o sketch for aprovado.Qualquer alteração no desenho após a aprovação do sketch pelo cliente terá um custo adicional.

Termos de serviço

  • Mesmo sendo uma comissão eu mantenho o direito autoral sobre meu trabalho. Irei postar e usa-las para promover meu portfólio.

  • As marcas d'água devem ser respeitadas e não podem ser removidas.

  • O cliente está expressamente PROIBIDO de utilizar minhas artes para qualquer finalidade relacionada a NFTs, treinamento de inteligência artificial (IA) ou revenda.

  • O cliente pode usar para usos comerciais leves tais como; ícone e banners de perfil em redes sociais e em canais de criação de conteúdo como; YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc...

  • O cliente pode usar em posts promocionais de uso pessoal (ex: anúncio de live, novo vídeo, thumbnail, etc.)

  • O cliente pode usar os personagens como VTubers e overlays para videos e lives.

  • PARA USO COMERCIAL SERÁ APLICADO UM VALOR SOBRE O PROJETO, FALE COMIGO SOBRE A LICENÇA.

Ao contratar meus serviços, você confirma que leu, entendeu e concorda com todos os termos descritos. Por isso, recomendo que leia com atenção antes de seguir com a encomenda.

How to commission ?

If you prefer, you're also welcome to get in touch by email.Once we’ve started talking, we’ll go over the details of your piece — number of characters, composition, color palette, level of detail, finish, and turnaround time.Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the scene, number of characters, weapons, accessories, and other details. The pricing table provides a general idea of the average cost.Based on your request and the pricing table, I’ll provide a final quote.Payment can be made either 100% upfront at the sketch stage, or split 50/50 — half at the sketch stage, half upon final approval.Any changes to the drawing after the client approves the sketch will have an extra charge.

Terms of Service

  • Even though this is a commissioned piece, I retain full copyright over my work. I may post and use it to promote my portfolio.

  • Watermarks must remain intact and may not be removed under any circumstances.

  • The client is strictly PROHIBITED from using my artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any form of resale.

  • The client is allowed to use the artwork for light commercial purposes such as profile icons, banners on social media, and content on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.

  • The client may also use the artwork in promotional materials for personal content (e.g., stream announcements, video thumbnails, etc.).

  • The client may use the characters as VTubers or in overlays for videos and live streams.

  • FOR COMMERCIAL USE BEYOND THIS SCOPE, A LICENSE FEE WILL APPLY. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS LICENSING.
